What are the delivery days/times?
We deliver Monday to Saturday. If you need a cake for Sunday, we recommend ordering for delivery Saturday as our cakes last up to 3 days. Your order will arrive anytime between 1pm and 5pm.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver Sydney wide. Yes we deliver to restaurants, shopping centres, schools and hospitals.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
Unfortunately we can’t guarantee a specific delivery time. Your order will arrive anytime before 5pm. You will receive a tracking link via email on the day of your delivery at 1pm. If you do not receive it, please contact us.
Do you deliver on weekends?
We deliver on Saturday’s only. If you need a cake for Sunday, we recommend ordering for delivery Saturday. Don’t Stress!! Our cakes last up to 3 days!
What is the cost of delivery?
Our delivery cost is $10 to any suburb in Sydney.
What if there’s no one there?
If there is no one to accept a delivery at the specified address and time, the order will be left at the door (if it is safe to do so). If there is no where safe to leave the cake or the driver can not access a building (such as a unit) , the number registered with the order will be contacted. If the customer can not be contacted, the cake will be returned to Cake Mail and a re delivery fee will apply.
Can you customise/change any of the cakes?
We are unable to change any of the colours, decorations or toppings on our cakes.
Can I cancel my order?
We accept cancellations if orders are cancelled 2 business days or more prior to the delivery date, and if the chefs have not started preparing the order. If an order is requested to be cancelled within 2 business days, a $25 administration fee is applied. The customer will receive the full refund less the fee. Orders cannot be cancelled on the day of delivery.
How do I store my cake?
Do not put your Cake Mail in a fridge.
This will cause your cake to be dry and stale.
Can i track my order?
Youwill receive a tracking link via email on the day of your delivery at 1pm. If you do not receive it, please contact us.
