How do I make an Oreo fountain cake at home?

Wrap a chocolate cake in a clear sleeve, fill the top with Nutella sauce and Oreo crumb, then lift the sleeve.

  1. Bake a tall chocolate cake and cover it in a thin layer of buttercream.
  2. Wrap a clear acetate strip around it, standing above the top.
  3. Chill until firm.
  4. Pour warm Nutella sauce into the space above the cake.
  5. Top with crushed Oreos and a whole Oreo, then lift the sleeve at the table.

This is a home version, not Cake Mail's own recipe. To skip the baking, order the Oreo Fountain from Cake Mail.
