How do I make a selfie cake at home?
Print your photo on edible paper and wrap it around a smooth, iced chocolate cake.
- Bake a chocolate sponge and let it cool.
- Cover it in a smooth layer of vanilla buttercream.
- Order an edible image strip of your photo, sized to wrap the sides.
- Peel off the backing and press the strip around the cake.
- Pipe a border of buttercream around the top edge.
